- CLINICALLY IMPORTANT, POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS INTERACTIONS WITH:
CYP3A inhibitors, Imatinib, Itraconazole oral solution containing hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin - PREGNANCY: Based on findings from animal studies, asciminib can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman. Females of reproductive potential should use effective contraception during treatment with asciminib and for one week after the last dose.
